Face Scrub for Beautiful Skin (simple ingredients from your fridge)
Face scrubs as well as body scrubs work by removing the old layer of skin and exposing the new, fresh skin. Scrubs cleanse the skin by removing oil and dirt from the pores. Facial exfoliation is important because by manual circular motions we improve blood as well as lymph circulation in our skin. Both of them create a healthier skin, by removing waste products of the metabolism. Your skin will look younger and have better color if you will use scrubs 1-2 times a week.
If you want to have glowing and younger looking skin you don’t need to buy expensive cosmetics, you might use ingredients that probably you already have in your home. Not only you will save money but you will know that the products that you are using are natural and fresh.
